As amateurs Ricky and Michelle were ranked within the top 12 of the United Kingdom and the top 96 of the World.  They won the Open Surrey Champions, competing as UK 10 Dance Finalists (in Latin American and Ballroom)  During their amateur career they have travelled abroad to represent Great Britain and have starred in TV shows such as The Big Breakfast, Ant and Dec's Slap Bang, Recovered on Channel 4 and danced for the Queen Mother's 100th Birthday party celebrations. Both Ricky and Michelle have also starred in many charity events raising money for local school funds, Cancer Research and the RSPCA.

Turning Professional in 2003 they quickly became UK Closed Professional Finalists competing with other top professionals currently seen on Strictly Come Dancing. Ricky and Michelle continued their success making several Professional finals but due to their intense teaching commitments do not currently compete internationally. 

Both Ricky and Michelle are Professional members of the Untied Kingdom Dance Alliance and are devoted teachers to dancing and have a true passion for dance.
